Favorite technology: "FedEx--I feel like I'm putting the FedEx kids through college. I went from one a week to one a day. I'm a FedEx junkie."

Least favorite: "The fax machine. It's Satan's gopher--it's evil. People only send faxes when they want to suck labor out of you, such as: 'We need this form filled out and sent to Sheri in payroll by 4 p.m.' I also have a love-hate relationship with AOL.
